My order has been charged, but I still haven't received it and all because GLS decided to leave a delivery notice that is useless, since we cannot access the pickup point address. They want us to call them to be charged with their 08 number. We call and no one answers. I'm tired of running after my package, especially since I need it for an upcoming concert, so please contact them and tell me the pickup point address, or refund me so I can look elsewhere, because this is unacceptable and the Woodbrass customer service phone is no better since they never answer. My patience has its limits.
